Terms of Service

The rules for using Everyday Naija Properties, including escrow, verification, and fees.

Last updated: 9 October 2026

1. Agreement

By using the Everyday Naija Properties website and services, you agree to these Terms of Service. ENP is operated by StackMony Property Development Limited (CAC RC 6899866), Lagos, Nigeria.

2. What ENP Does

ENP lists real estate that has gone through our verification checks (GPS site video and title document review) and connects buyers with sellers and agents. We also provide an escrow payment option through Paystack.

3. Verification Disclaimer

Our verification is carried out in good faith using the documents and site visits available to us at the time of listing. While we work hard to confirm titles with the relevant land registries, ENP does not provide legal advice and does not give an absolute guarantee of title. You are encouraged to carry out your own due diligence and seek independent legal counsel before completing any purchase.

4. Escrow & Payments

Where escrow is used, your payment is processed by Paystack and held during the agreed verification window (typically 14–30 days). Funds are released to the seller or developer once verification is completed and you give your approval. If a title is found to be defective during the verification window, your escrowed funds are returned to you in line with our refund policy. Service and processing fees, where applicable, are disclosed before payment.

5. Fees

Some services (for example inspection booking, verification, or agent subscriptions) may carry a fee. The exact amount is always shown to you before you pay. Third-party payment processing charges (Paystack) may apply.

6. Agent Responsibilities

Agents must complete KYC, provide accurate listing information, and must not post misleading or fraudulent properties. ENP may suspend or remove agents who break these rules. Agent commissions are paid to the verified bank account on file after a successful, completed transaction.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform, upload false documents, or attempt to defraud other users. Fraudulent activity will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Nigerian law, ENP is not liable for losses arising from third-party sellers, agents, or payment providers, or from your decision to proceed with a purchase against our advice.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page.
